High Protein and High Fat Unite!!


Why should you consider eating a high protein breakfast? It's not JUST about sugars for weight loss! It has to do with your hormones!

Most of us produce cortisol first thing in the morning. Cortisol is what gives us energy and wakes us up. If you carb up at breakfast, your brain will release serotonin.

Serotonin is the feel good drug. It's what makes carbs so addictive. It will put you into the carb coma.

Maybe consider staying away from carbs for breakfast and see how it works for you?
